An Independent and Traditional Family Funeral Director
Our account for the funeral is normally sent seven days after the funeral service has taken place. The account will detail the services we have provided ourselves, together with a list and the actual costs of any disbursements (fees, newspaper announcements, etc.) that we have paid on your behalf.
Usually we include a service charge on the total value of the disbursements, but this is refunded if the account is settled within 14 days. If no service charge is included in our account, then we still request that everything is paid for within 14 days of the account date.
Payment can be made by either cash, cheque, BACS transfer or by any credit or debit cards, Card payments need to be made at our Bournemouth office, or alternatively they can be made over the telephone by calling 01202 528818 Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 5,00pm.
